Old Dominion Shares Unreleased Songs 'Dancing Forever' And 'I'm On It'

During their down time amid the coronaries pandemic, Old Dominion has started sharing unreleased songs with fans on social media.

Last week, the group first posted a clip of a song called "Dancing Forever," written by Old Dominion's Matt Ramsey and Trevor Rosen alongside Ross Copperman and Shane McAnally.

"This is a song we cut while recording Happy Endings that we ultimately didn’t feel like fit the vibe of the album," the caption explains. "We wrote it, for our daughters, the morning of the memorial service for a dear friend and co-writer, Andrew Dorff."

This week, Old Dominion turned to social media again to share another gem of a song with fans. The new unreleased track shared is called "I'm On It," originally supposed to be on the Meat and Candy album.

"The album [Meat and Candy] was done but at the last minute we wrote a song called “Song For Another Time” and had to cut a song to make room for the new one," the band explains. "So it was out with “I’m on it” and in with “Song For Another Time.” Enjoy."

Old Dominion's unreleased songs, "Dancing Forever" and "I'm On It" can be heard below.

In addition to sharing unreleased songs with fans, Old Dominion has also been teasing their upcoming music video for "Some People Do" dropping Thursday night (April 2).

"We shot the #somepeopledo music video in LA in February before all this," the band says, adding, "It was a special day."

In a brief clip shared, the whole band is seen walking around a corner outside with a yellow caption that pops up saying, "In February 2020, we followed Jason on his mission to help the homeless."

On Thursday night (April 2) at 7 PM ET, the band plans to go live on YouTube for the video premiere and a chat. Fans can tune in to watch here.
