Lauren Alaina Advances To 'Dancing With The Stars' Finals

Laure Alaina has officially made it to the Dancing With the Stars Season 28 finals. The country singer and her dance partner, Gleb Savchenko, performed two dances on Monday (November 18) during the semi-finals.

For the couple's first dance, they performed a paso doble to Kelly Clarkson's "Stronger." The dance earned Alaina a score of 27 points out of a possible 30. "You have come so far," judge Carrie Ann Inaba says, adding, "You have become a woman who commands the dance floor."

The second dance of the evening was a Viennese waltz performed to Tim McGraw's "Humble and Kind." The country star dedicated her performance to her parents, who she explained have sacrificed quite a bit to let their daughter pursue her dreams.

The elegant slow dance earned the pair another 27 points out of 30. Judge Bruno Tonioli called the performance "so sophisticated, so classy" adding "I liked the chemistry between you two, the connection, you were absolutely sizzling." The dance was so impressive that it even caught the eye of McGraw himself who shared his approval on Twitter.

"Great job @Lauren_Alaina on your dance tonight to Humble and Kind... got my vote!" McGraw shared to his followers before encouraging them to "Text Lauren to 21535. #DWTS."

Next week is the season finale and once again Alaina will hit the dance floor to give it her all. Other contestants joining the country star next week will be comedian Kel Mitchell, previous Bachelorette contestant Hannah Brown and Fifth Harmony member Ally Brooke. Actor James Van Der Beek was eliminated during the semi-finals on Monday. Be sure to tune in to ABC next Monday to cheer on Alaina as she fights for the Mirrorball trophy!
