(NEWSER) – The government may have shut down, but ObamaCare's health insurance exchanges are launching today as scheduled, the Hill reports. "The Affordable Care Act is moving forward. That funding is already in place. You can’t shut it down," President Obama said yesterday. Added Kathleen Sebelius, "Shutdown or no shutdown, we’re ready to go." That means, starting at 8am in most states, you can visit the online marketplace athealthcare.gov to see your coverage options and enroll; the enrollment window is open for six months, and during that time, the administration hopes to enroll 7 million.
